We help our clients focus on the purpose & positioning of their corporate, small business, professional and personal brands through branding and leadership development services, books, & keynote talks.

In 2010 the White House recognized BeNeca Griffin for her leadership abilities. She serves as an Executive Advisor and is called upon to develop and expand business, executive and professional brands & partnerships to advance them to the next level. BeNeca spent 20 years in the entertainment business before venturing out across various industries. She has been a featured speaker for the National Football League (NFL) Players Association, the 40th Annual California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce Convention, the United State of Women Conference, the Sydney MANifest: Ultimate Men’s Symposium, CA Board of Equalization’s Connecting Women to Power Business Conference, the California/Nevada American Water Works Association Conferences & more. She served as an instructor at the Center for Executive Development at UC San Diego's Rady School of Management & was nominated for the Los Angeles Black Business Leaders Hall of Fame. As an author, BeNeca received an NAACP Image Award Nomination and is set to release her upcoming professional development how-to series.
As a woman whose business outlook was influenced by her involvement in Junior Achievement and Yes2Jobs as a teenager, she provides countless hours of service as an advisor for young professionals across the country as well as to organizations like the Los Angeles Unified School District, California National Guard’s Youth Academy, President Obama inspired Fresh Tracks Program, and the Society of Women Engineers.
